Heard from the realtor yesterday, he's working on the paperwork for our apartment but thought we should have a backup apartment "just in case". He recommended an apartment off of the Musashi sakai train station which is also in an acceptable location. We were preparing to go view the apartment with him when he texted back that we'll have to wait as the wind from the big storm that had come in on Saturday evening was causing the train line to shut down. He has reserved the apartment for us so it'll be on hold until we can go see it. The storm wasn't too bad as far as rain went and it cleared up by Sunday morning however the wind was really wild and caused plane flight delays and train stoppage. It sounded really crazy windy outside in the morning and it was late afternoon before it settled down enough to go out in it. Even then my hair was blowing all over like crazy...a scarf or tie-down hat may have helped! lol Looks like we'll go see the apartment on Wed. as he has today and tomorrow off work. (though he's still working on our paperwork on his day off I noticed).
Anyway, we may be heading out with Atsuko in a bit to meet up with one of our pastors and his wife who are in town from South Korea today. Should be fun!
